The counters of our dispatch departments are open to you at the following times:

General Information
If we are to handle complete truck loads, we ask you to arrive at least one hour before closing of our counters. Cargo delivery and pick-up outside normal opening hours needs to be registered one hour before our counters close, preferably in writing.
For ATC numbers and T1s that have not been handed over, you have to present them at Waltershof Customs Office, Finkenwerder Str. 4, 21129 Hamburg or Windhukkai Customs Office, Indiastr. 4, 20457 Hamburg.
For ZV (authorised consignors), it is possible to include our warehouse in your permits. We will gladly send you a written consent for this purpose.
The entry of the ATB number does not mean that the consignment is unloaded and ready for collection.
